Northbrook College is a higher education institution based in Worthing, East Sussex. They’re currently fourth in the country and top in Sussex for student success rates.
Their Challenge
Northbrook College wanted a simple system that would allow them to promote courses and events to their contacts, as well as keep in touch with alumni.
Our Solution
We provided them with the core components of Servizio which allows them to store and group contacts (both individuals and organisations), as well as send out bulk emails through the system’s integration with mass email provider Jangomail.
The Benefits
The system requires little to no training for Northbrook to use, which saves them valuable time when introducing a new person to the system.
All of their contact data is centralised and easily manageable, putting them in control of their information. Modernising their communications processes has put them ahead of competition and allowed them to perform well in the university marketplace.
