Intouch Business Software & Services now included on GCloud!

We are delighted to announce that our Servizio cloud applications have been selected for inclusion on the GCloud 5 contractual framework for public procurement. GCloud is an e-procurement mechanism that allows UKl government departments/organisations to buy our Servizio SaaS applications and consultancy support directly from us. Included are navigational improvements, graphical/icon updates and a complete overhaul of the written content - all of which will improve the user experience of our visitors (we hope)! Project Confirmed!

After a long wait, we have finally received the go-ahead from CPS to embark on improvements to their Rota Management System. These improvements should streamline the automatic rota system and improve shift fill for employees in all roles.

Our close working relationship with eye charity Sightsavers has become even cosier - Senior Partner Phil Selley is now working with them part-time as CIO, capitalising on our knowledge of their processes to further improve their information management structures.

Project Confirmed!

Happy New Year! We start 2014 with some great news too, Intouch has secured further work from Sightsavers! We have taken over development of their programme portal, a system which they use in conjunction with Microsoft SharePoint to manage projects and monitor progress towards targets with performance indicators and impact analysis.

Project Confirmed!

We have confirmed a project with Sightsavers which will provide drastic improvements to their Standard List. The web-shop-like interface is to be redesigned to boost its usability, and complicated shipping rate calculations will be introduced too.

We've been working on it all summer and autumn, but now Servizio ClearProject is ready to go live! This easy-to-use system lets you build, maintain and track projects, giving you full visibility of your project office operations to help you become more agile. Further bolt-on functionality can be added too!

Intouch Knowledge in Action - Wiki Goes Live

As part of our Intouch Knowledge in Action drive for the capture and promotion of knowledge and best practice, the Intouch Wiki is now live. The wiki will allow us to pool our knowledge and research together and develop a greater culture of collaboration in the workspace.

Release of Live System!

It has been a busy few months for Intouch with the second major release this month - the HHP Resource Manager which we began work on in January is ready for them to use! People have already begun registering to work for HHP through the web form and the accomodation dashboards are filling up with data quite nicely!

Release of Live System! The CLAIMS system for Sightsavers is complete and has been released to the live site! Users can now register and sign in to set their agreements, create their budgets and make their claims to assist in the global mapping of Trachoma disease, the leading cause of infectious blindness in the world.

Project Underway

We have been in talks with Hall Hunter for a while about the potential for a Servizio solution for their business but today we commence work on their Resource Manager. Hall Hunter employs many people from overseas to harvest crops, and this system will be designed to manage the applications, arrivals and eventual departures of all workers as well as their accomodation.

Release of live system!

The 24/7 Rota Management Servizio for a confidential governmental department has gone live today! Shift workers across England and Wales will be able to log in and obtain their shift rotas, make shift swaps and book all absence through the system.

The construction of the CLAIMS system for Sightsavers has well and truly begun, with much of the specificative paperwork written over the Christmas period.

Staff Promotions

Happy New Year! It'll be a good start to 2013 for Alex Burch and Ashok Rangasamy, both of whom have been promoted! Alex is now a full Developer and will take on all the responsibilities which that entails. Ashok, however, receives the notable titles of .NET Architect and Principal Developer and as such will oversee many of the projects we have in the works here at Intouch.

Project Confirmed

Intouch have been commissioned by Sightsavers to develop a budgeting and claims system to be used in conjunction with a project which will map cases of Trachoma worldwide. Key aspects of this system will be used as a blueprint for future projects which require the creation of budgets and the subsequent claims against them.

Intouch Business in partnership with Paras Consulting complete the delivery of a Data Framework, Filing Structure and Security Model for a major oil and gas customer. This included a reorganisation of their unstructured data, development of policies and procedures and data ownership through a change programme.

WNA used Sooth to manage their key annual event, Symposium 2007. Intouch Business developed and deployed key software was used to manage their members and groups, registration for the event and Newsletters.
